Aji White Fantasy is an extremely attractive Capsicum baccatum chili pepper, created on the basis of the Finnish variety Aji Fantasy . The strong plants form numerous beautiful bell-shaped fruits , which start out bright white and turn cream-colored as they ripen. The pungency is very delicate – only 1,000–1,500 SHU , which allows the unusual fruits to be used freely in fresh dishes.

Ahi White Fantasy is a variety where appearance is one of the main attractions. The white bells contrast beautifully with the green foliage, and when fully ripe, they take on a soft cream hue.
The variety was selected by Peter Merle from the Canary Islands , who through selection and/or crossing with the Finnish Aji Fantasy developed the characteristic bright white color. We define it as a true collector's item with a mild flavor .

Sowing: January–April
Germination temperature: 20–30°C
Sowing location: indoors
Planting in a greenhouse: recommended for higher yields
Planting outside: around the end of May
Support: taller plants can be tied up
Pruning: possible to shape a more compact plant.
In the fall, the plants can be moved to pots and placed on a bright windowsill , where they can continue fruiting.
